        Addressed comments on list.

- consistently repeat the list of conformance clauses for each profile even if "None specified"

- added section 2.4 listing the profile id values

- noted that profiles can depend on profiles and that this explicitly means the combined requirements of both profiles are necessary

- noted in comments items which may have to be adjusted depending on specification changes around the function/interface list

Note: no technical changes in the profiles - just additional information and improved consistency.
