        This is the working draft 8 of the PKCS#11 3.00 Mechanism specification. Differences between WD08 and WD07 are:

* Added references [SALSA] to section 1.3

* Split GOST Mechanisms vs. Functions table for GOST into separate tables for the respective GOST nnn algorithms.

Changed format of Salsa20 to Heading2, making it section 2.59

* Removed section B.1 OTP definitions (OTP definitions have become pat of the standard header files and are now covered in B.6 Attribute constants)

* Copyright updated from ?2013? to ?2018?

* A few formatting corrections
