"6) The capability must work with all major 
browsers - Firefox,
   MSIE, Opera and Safari;"

 

 

This section could be interpreted as: There is (or 
will be), a standard capability that works identically in all major 
browsers.

 

Regardless if this interpretation is correct or not, this issue must 
be addressed in the requirement specification as this sets the "bar" for 
the rest of the work.

 

BTW, please add a -00 to the file 
name in case there would be an update.  Versioning is 
crucial.
