We have funding!

I just heard from Patrick Gannon (President and CEO
of OASIS) that we are approved to spend up to $5,000
of the PKI Member Section's funds on the reception.
So we should go ahead and make the plans, sign contracts,
and whatever!

Patrick had two questions:

* Who is signing the contract with the Moscone?
* Who will OASIS be paying for these services?

Dee or June, can you help answer those?
