June '06 TC meeting

Apologies to everyone for a delayed e-mail on the subject,
but a project has been consuming my attention much more
than it ought to.

We did not acquire quorum in this month's TC meeting, so
we cancelled the session.  Given the start of summer in
the US, I'm not suprised.  I anticipate that we may run
into a similiar situation in July, so it may be prudent
to know who will be available to make July's TC meeting
before we schedule one.
