CC Review Charter/Deliverables

Team,

Now that we've gotten 2 solid weeks under our belt, I'd like to formally
clarify our charter and deliverables so that we can present them to the
UN/CEFACT CCTS Team in the near future. 

I propose that our charter includes the following:

(1) To perform a verification of CCTS spec version 1.90, Section 7;

(2) To verify registry search mechanisms in Section 5;

I propose that our deliverables include the following:

(1) A Technical Note specifying a RIM binding for Core Components

(2) A "Verification Results" document (intended for CCTS) that details
how we handled each requirement, to indicate things such as:

	(a) Those requirements that we were able to meet as specified in 	CCTS
v1.9;
	(b) Those requirements that we handled different than specified 	in
CCTS v1.9 (and why);
	(c) Those requirements that we were not able to/chose not to 	meet (and
why);

(3) A "Proposed RIM Updates" document (if necessary) that details any
proposed RIM updates as a result of our analysis;

Please indicate your agreement with the charter and deliverables, or
proposed adjustments.
