Welcome Diego!

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Diego Ballvé to our
Registry TC and Core Components Review initiative. Diego is an employee
of Republica [1], a Finnish company that "offers leading edge B2B
collaboration software and services for government agencies and
networked businesses based on open standards like ebXML, RosettaNet,
OAGI and UBL.".

As you can see, Diego has already been implementing Core Components in
his work. I recently asked Diego to join our effort and our TC, and I am
very glad that he accepted.
