Absence of Properties - Model in CCTS Spec

The attached PPT slide is from the presentation I sent earlier today -
it is from the latest CCTS and depicts the CCTS model without Properties
(the way it was prior to this latest version). In this slide, you can
see how a Data Type is directly associated with a BCC, with no
intervening Property.
