Association Core Component - Needs a New Name

Team,

As we will not be representing Association Core Components (ASCCs) as
Core Components ("entities") in the registry, but rather as
Associations, I would like to recommend that we come up with a new name
for them. It also appears that we will *not* differentiate between what
are called ASCCs and ASBIEs in the CCTS spec - that is, we will use
Associations to join ACCs (i.e. ASCC-"like") as well as ABIEs (i.e.
ASBIE-"like"). So a single term should probably work for both cases.

Here are some suggestions (mixing ACCs and ABIEs):

(1) Aggregate Link - e.g. "The 2 ACCs are joined together by an
Aggregate Link"

(2) Aggregate Association - e.g. "The 2 ABIEs are joined together by an
Aggregate Association"

(3) Aggregate Connector - e.g. "The 2 ACCs are joined together by an
Aggregate Connector"

(4) Other suggestions?
