Regrep Docbook samples

Here's a set of sample files for the registration of the Docbook
DTD, and DTDs revised in light of the experience of writing the
instances.  If you're pressed for time, take a look at dbrelated.txt
to see how much there is to cover by way of related information.
And note that this is not full coverage!  Note that these are
the composite metadata files that you'd get when you request
information on a Docbook module (or the whole distribution)
from the registry - not quite the submission document(s).
