[regrep] submitting a spec to OASIS

Just a reminder to you, as you're planning on submitting a spec to OASIS
for consideration: The TC Process requires that a number of items, a)
through g), be submitted. I would strongly prefer that each of these be
a pointer to the item rather than the item itself. After you submit the
package of items to me and I make sure that everything is there, I will
send this out as a package to OASIS members for review and approval. I
don't want to send out an email with a couple Mb of attachments, and I
don't think all of our members want to receive that.

For example, items a) through c) should be files on the TC web page; we
would just include the URL for these. d) could be pointers to three
emails on the TC mail list archives. e) could be a simple sentence or
paragraph with URLs as necessary. f) could be a pointer to the TC mail
list archives as a whole. And g) could be a pointer to an email or could
just be an attached statement from the chair.
