How about OAGi's site, www.openapplications.org - the OAGIS BOD schemas are available for download. A prior release of OAGIS consisted of DTDs that formed the original material included in biztalk.

Does anybody know of any schema repositories besides the one at XML.org
(http://www.xml.org/xml/registry.jsp). There used to be a few others,
namely biztalk.org and http://www.schema.net/ but these don't seem to
exist any more.
What I have in mind is just a list of generic Schema's and DTDs that are
available.
