Plug for ebSOA and ebXML Registry SCM

Yesterday I presented to a US federal audience at the annual FOSE tech
conference [1] here in DC, on "The Current and Emerging State of Web
Services Standards" [2]. On slide 62, I gave a quick plug to both ebSOA
and ebXML Registry SCM. I gave this presentation on very short notice,
so I did not have time to do these initiatives as much justice as I
would have liked.
