RE: [regrep] Final draft recommendations for CC's and Registry

I am in the process of reviewing this document, and will provide
feedback in chunks (first one very shortly).

We may want to verify with Diane Lewis that she is ok with her name
being on this, since she's not part of the TC. I recall her mentioning
several months ago - perhaps during an OASIS E-Gov TC call - that she
may not have been comfortable with her name being on it.
