You asked for the UML file and the file sent was the UML (meta model) 
file  ([MOF] + XMI 1.1).

I have attached a sample UML model file in XML format   ([UML 1.x+ 
DiagramInterchange] + XMI 1.2) that should load into poseidon

Im not sure what your concerns are but I would be happy to answer them 
on- or offline.
