Hi Duane,

Attached is a revised version (careful I did not change file name) with my
suggested changes (use track changes feature to find them). I could not
send it by email due to size limits.

I want to re-emphasize that I am very supportive and appreciative of the
solid and thoughtful work you have put into this very challenging task. My
comments and vote in no way deflects from that. The only intent is to make
sure there are no mis-perceptions by our intended audience at UN/CEFACT ICG
etc.
