Whither ebRS conformance testing?

Hi all,


Conformance testing was mentioned briefly during the last telecon.
I see that v1.1 of the ebXML Test Framework was approved by the
IIC TC not long ago:

And NIST has a proof-of-concept implementation available here:

There is a very rudimentary test suite (only 16 test cases) included
for ebRS 2.1. Should development of a v3.0 suite be undertaken? If so,
by whom?
