Posting of Recommendation versions of RIM & RS 3.0

Kathryn,

A developer brought to my attention that the OASIS website has yet to
provide links to the Recommendation versions of the ebXML RIM 3.0 and RS
3.0.  They are listed as OASIS Recommendations, but non-TC members do
not have a link to download the Recommendations.  Do we know where
things stand in making the documents available for download?
