ebXML Regrep TC call Thursday morning

Hi,
I will be a few minutes late to the call tomorrow morning.  Please go
ahead and start the meeting when at least 4 voting members have joined
(quorum).  I do not recall who was minute taker for Jan 12th, can
someone remember?  

Please begin with item 4 - status of the web services profile - I would
like to be on the call when Jacques discusses ICC and profile templates.
