[rights-requirements] schedule

Hello everyone,

As I mentioned during the SC call last week, Deirdre, Dean, Brian and I 
were planning to discuss a schedule for delivering examples to the 
Examples SC. After talking on Monday, we felt that Wed. Dec. 11 would 
be a realistic date by which to have this done.

We at the Clinic will be submitting a short list of examples, probably 
about five of them. For the most part, these examples will focus on how 
XrML models relationships among parties in different distribution 
scenarios (e.g., lending objects, giving objects away, etc.).
