Jane - are you looking for a ranked order of preference from each
participant and based on those that provide feedback you will tally up
the votes and select the group's overall preference?

i.e. if you don't provide your preferences before or at the meeting then
the decision is left to those who have responded and make it to the call
or have provided their views prior to the meeting?
