Hi Jane maybe I am mistaken or have looked over too many floor plans today J  but these appear to be just different views of the same layout – front side, birdseye?    The only concern I have is the double vs the quad pods… I think they should all be quads and you should shift the reception counter and seating area so everyone has equal space assigned…. While doubles give more space all around and quads reduce the space…. It doesn’t appear you have a large enough foot print to do them all double so for equality I say they should be all quad.

Dear All,

Our new and improved booth design for RSA is now available for your review.  Attached are pictures highlighting our new design, as well as the specs for each pod.  The graphic areas in the booth are noted using the OASIS logo. These areas will include the individual company logos in our final design.  

Specifically regarding each pod...Pods this year will each include one mounted monitor (see placement in the pictures).  Yes, this means you will no longer have to deal with the pain of bringing or renting a monitor.  The size of the pod counters are within the agreed requirement (37' wide by 24 " deep).  All pods include a locking cabinet below as in past years.
