Try http://www.opensaml.org/ for an implementation running under
AXIS.
We haven't had
SAML problems with .NET, but there may be some SOAP & WSDL implementation
variations between J2EE and .NET. You need knowledge of the specs to
differentiate, and I don't have a list handy. Sorry.
