New to SAML

Hi,

 

I am new with SAML development.  Could anyone show me some
development toolkit or tutorial sites?  I have read SAML spec from OASIS, but I
don’t know how to start the SAML protocol scratch.  Is there any SOAP
samples that show how to establish SAML use cases. Thanks.
