device and network types in SAML

I'm working with a team who want to use SAML to identify things like 
device-type, IP of service provider, the network the principle is using (Edge, 
3G, 4G). 

 

Are these questions appropriate in either an authn or authz SAML 
exchange?  Should HTTP headers or some other protocol be 
used?
