Updated Specification + Test Assertion/Testcase documents

Folks,

Following the discussion on the Assembly
call, here is an updated version of both the specification and of  the
test assertion/testcases

documents, addressing the points raised:

I would be grateful if these could be
brought to the attention of all the SCA TCs so that they are aware of the
directions that are being

taken in regard to testing.  I
urge every TC to have at least one member listening to the sca-assembly-testing
mailing list to provide

some liaison in relation to test activities.
