DESCRIPTION:  

Example in lines 336 - 362 shows many valued property
values being set through multiple property elements with the same property
name. 

Specification in lines 1102 - 1108 and the example in
lines 1262 - 1272 indicate that a single property element can contain multiple
values for a many-valued property.
