Submission of SCA Assembly specification package for Public Review

On the March 10th, 2009 conference call [1],
the SCA Assembly TC resolved by passing of unanimous motions to

A) Submit the Assembly specification Committee
Draft 3 package [2] as the Public Review Draft

B) Hold the Public Review for 60 days

Please initiate the public review of the
SCA Assembly specification package.  

Please start the public review of the SCA
Assembly specification package along with the public review of the specification
package for the SCA Policy TC.

you have any questions.
