[ASSEMBLY 140] Need TAs and testcases for property/@file and property/@many=true- PROPOSAL

Folks,

I've looked at this one and my proposal
is to Close with No Action.

The reason that there are no TAs and
no testcases for property/@file and for property/@many is that

there are no normative statements for
either of them.

The basic rule that we have followed
so far is that Normative statement --> TA --> testcase.

No normative statement, no TA.

This makes it straightforward to relate
each testcase and each TA to some specific part of the spec.

I am unwilling to change this principle.

So, if it is really important to have
TAs and testcases here, then it is also important to have some normative

statements.  In that case, someone
should raise issue(s) against the Assembly spec for those normative

statements.

I note that in practice, @many is going
to get itself a testcase related to the normative statement ASM50044,

which will be dealt with under ASSEMBLY
159.
