TARGET: SCA Assembly Test Case ASM_10002

DESCRIPTION:

The test case tests that an intent can be added to a reference and a service.
However the policy that satisfies the intent is not also attached to said
reference and service. 

PROPOSAL: 

change the policy definition: 

<policySet name="PolicySet1" provides="test:Fred"
appliesTo="//service|//reference"> 

to be something like: 

<policySet
name="PolicySet1"
provides="test:Fred"appliesTo="//sca:service|//sca:reference"
attachTo="//sca:service|//sca:reference">
