However, one thing I note is that the
link for the "Latest version" below is broken even in its new
form:

I have a suspicion that the previous
CD of this document was never properly linked from this location.

Please make the following changes to the
submitted document:

1. In the 'This Version' section, please hyperlink the
html and odt files.

2. In the 'Previous Version' section, please hyperlink
the html and odt files.

3. In the 'Latest Version' section, please hyperlink
the html and odt files.

4. Also in the 'Latest Version section, the pdf link is
broken. The underlying hyperlink, visible when you roll the cursor over
the link, does not contain the /opencsa/ subdir. Please change as follows: http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-assembly-1.1-testcases.pdf

5. In the 'Technical Committee' section, please hyperlink
the TC:
