Target: sca-assembly-1.2-spec-wd01.doc 

Description: 

The current schema for the contents of definitions.xml does not provide
the capability to contain declarations for eventTypes as

used in conjunction 

Proposal: 

Extend the content allowed in definitions.xml to permit the declaration
of one or more eventTypes.
