Updates to bindings specs

Folks,

We have a number of resolved issues,
and an agreement to fold in the OSOA errata to the bindings specs.  I've
listed the work below.  I'm happy to update the JMS spec, can anyone
volunteer to do the WS and JCA spec updates?  Ideally it would be
good to get these done prior to the next meeting on Thursday. The updated
documents should use the suggested document naming convention (which I
think the TC still needs to fomally adopt - I'll put it on the agenda for
next meeting).

One question I have is when do people
think we should aim for a first committee draft?   Does that typically
get initiated by the editors, or could anyone move that we vote on the
current working draft?
