Issue 2 resolution

On today's call we resolved issue 2, but we missed one thing that was 
discussed but did not make it to the final resolution. This was about 
recommending a location for the CT side file. I think we should include 
the recommendation/best practice that the side file be colocated with 
the BPEL file, if possible.
