There was discussion on the last con-call as to how to
specify that @sca:serviceName is only valid on a bpel:partnerLink (for
instance).  Consensus on the call (with little discussion) was to
describe it textually.   Another option that we have is to use
Schematron.  IMO this would be a simple way to express the constraints
we want to express textually, but do it in a more formal way.  This
could be in addition to, or instead of the text.
