Hi Anish,

I hope the URIs are now fixed. I used the pattern agreed last week. It would be good to confirm this today.

Makes sense.

The URLs for the specs/schema aren't what we agreed on.

The URLs should be:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-bpel/2008/01/sca-bpel-extensions-1.1-schema-200803.xsd
for the schema and a similar one for the spec (with 2008/01 being 
replaced by 2007/12).

We should also update the assembly RDDL to include the SCA BPEL 
non-extension schema.
