Sorry about the confusion. We started the call with a different
dial-in number (than usual) at about 8:15 AM Pacific Time and adjourned the
meeting earlier at about 8:35 AM Pacific Time due to lack of quorum and absence
of some members who are driving proposals for the open issues.
Danny, for the issue 53 discussion [1], we thought that it will
be better to open a new issue (since issue 53 is technically closed). I think
the key elements of the potential proposal for the new issue are already discussed
by yourself and others on the mailing list . Would you be willing to submit the
new issue and include a proposal for the same?
