NEW ISSUE: Intent annotations
Title: Annotations are needed to specify intents Target: C++ Client and Implementation Model/C++ Annotations Description: The policy framework defines a way for intents to be attached to various SCA constructs including interfaces and operations. These intents can be attached in the SDCL using a requires attribute. There is no way for a C++ developer to define required intents without authoring SCDL directly. Proposal: Add an @Requires annotation that can be used with interfaces and methods. This annotation would include a list of intents to be applied. We may also want some additional specific annotations like @Conversational.
