Work schedule
Some of the other SCA TCs are starting
to work on schedules for getting to a Public Review Draft (PRD).  The
Bindings TC has set a target of the end of the year for its PRDs.  Both
the Java and Bindings TCs have set dates for raising the bar for accepting
new issues. (from a majority on a call to a 2/3 majority of all voting
members.  Raising the issue acceptance bar of us has minimal effect,
but I would like to set some target dates and content for CDs and a PRD.

My proposal:

Draft
Content
Target Date

CD 2
Key content: WSDL round-tripping including
necessary annotations

Potential content: Conversation/Callback
changes driven by Assembly TC
9/30

CD 3
Key content: Passivation, Data Binding
(Dependency Injection), Access from non-SCA code

Potential content: Scope support for
consistency with Java
11/15

PRD
Key content: Final conformance language
12/31 - This is dependent on a PRD of
the Assembly Specification and possibly of the Java Common Annotations
and APIs Specification

We already talked about the completion
of the WSDL round-tripping work being the trigger for CD 2 so this just
sets a target date.  This proposal is not meant to say that if other
issues are resolved by the time we finish the round-tripping work that
we would not include it in CD 2.

What do folks think?
