This is what I get for doing cut-and-paste
messages.  We do not have a call on the 27th.  The discussion
will be on the 23rd.

Subject

[sca-c-cpp] Conformance Points and Test
Assertions

The Testing sub-committee of the Assembly TC has produced some collateral
for a proposal around conformance point labeling with accompanying test
assertions. The action to each of you is to review the material in the
next week and be prepared for a discussion of it on Oct 27. This format
has not been formally accepted by the Assembly TC, but seems to have broad
agreement in general. The chair of the Assembly TC is urging each TC to
find someone to be a liaison to the Assembly TC testing subcommittee.

I've attached two documents, one is a version of the Assembly spec with
labels that point to test assertions. See section 4.1 and following, as
well as the new appendix which describes the label, in the document. The
other document contains test assertions and test cases that refer to the
conformance points in the spec.
