ISSUE 44: C++ API details

Here is an updated draft towards the
resolution of issue 44: 

Specific questions to discuss on the
call this week:

- Is there any order dependency between
ComponentContext.getService() and ComponentContext.getServiceReference()
and similarly ComponentContext.getServices() and ComponentContext.getServiceReferences()?

- Is it possible for a ServiceReference
to resolve to multiple services?

- What should be returned if ServiceReference.get/setConversationID()
is called and the reference interface is not conversational?

- Do we want to support a service provider
setting a ConversationID?
