Election of new co-chair for SCA-J TC

Following the resignation of Michael
Rowley as SCA-J co-chair, I would like to elect a replacement co-chair.
 This election will take place on the July 3 TC call.

Nominations are open to any interested
candidates.  They can be sent by email but will also need to be made
formally on the call.
