Request to create new Sub-Committee of the SCA-J TC focusing on testing

Hi Mary,

At the last meeting, the SCA-J TC has formally
resolved to create a Sub-Committee to focus on the Testing of the SCA-J
specification. This Sub-Committee will be known as the SCA-J Testing.  

Please could you create this new Sub-Committee?
