TARGET: SCA EJB binding spec

DESCRIPTION: The Assembly TC deferred conversational support to a future release, and the Java TC did the same. All references to conversations need to be removed from the EJB binding spec.

PROPOSAL: Remove all references to SCA Assembly defined conversations.
