I am in favor of this proposal and the accompanying proposal for 125.
However, lines 158-163 seem to conflict. 158-160 says that unless there is an @Remotable annotation, the service is local. But lines 161-163 introduce another possibility for defining a remotable service.
I think we may have discussed this in the last call, but don't remember what we decided to do about it.
