ISSUE 184: JAX-WS Annotations and SCA Interfaces draft b

Based on feed back from our last
discussion on this topic, I have uploaded a second draft of a proposal
to the resolution of Issue 184.  This draft has additions to the CAA
spec detailing the impacts of JAX-WS annotations on an SCA interface defined
by a Java artifact and an addition to the JCI spec detailing the impacts
pf tje JAX-WS annotations on the component type calculation . Thanks to
Mike and Dave for their help leading to these drafts.
