Description: 

The schema has the following definition: 

  

<complexType name="JavaInterface">

     <complexContent>

        <extension base="sca:Interface">

           <sequence>

              <any namespace="##other" processContents="lax" minOccurs="0" 

                   maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

           </sequence>

           <attribute name="interface" type="NCName" use="required"/>

           <attribute name="callbackInterface" type="NCName" 

                      use="optional"/>

           <attribute name="remotable" type="boolean" use="optional"/>

        </extension>

     </complexContent>

  </complexType>

The remotable attribute has been defined in base Interface type. As a result, schema validator fails to load this XSD due to duplicate attributes. 

Proposal: 

Remove the <attribute name="remotable" type="boolean" use="optional"/>
