Updated version of the POJO TestCases document and artifacts

I've published a new working draft of
the POJO_CI TestCases document:

I've had to withdraw testcase POJO_9005
- the test cannot be built without making assumptions that the SCA runtime

supports features that are not mandated
by any of the SCA specifications and as a result, there is no possible

valid version of the testcase.
