Re: [sdd] SDD Meeting Option - Santa Clara, CA,
In discussing this with my IBM colleagues, it appears that the first week in which we're all available is the week of Oct. 25. If it's a left coast meeting then we generally try to do two 8 hour meetings over a 3 day period. Mtgs take place Noon Day 1: four hours, everyone can fly in that morning 9 AM Day 2: 8 hours 8AM Day 3: 4 hours, everyone can fly out that night. If the meeting was held on the right coast then it would be two full days with people travelling the day before and the evening of the last day. - either way it takes 3 full days. We have offers to host the meetings in Boston and Silicon Valley (and quite a few places in between). At this point, any 3 days during that week are ok from our perspective. I would like to start to pin this down, if only from a calendaring perspective. Thomas W.
