Lifecycle doc

All,

Attached is a lifecycle doc I put together from a number of other lifecycle docs
floating around.  There is one reference to a "User Profiles" section which I did
not have time to complete tonight but I would like to discuss this doc at this
Wednesday's meeting to get input on what is missing/needed.

PS: This is an acrobat file, but I have the "source" code for when the time comes
that someone else wants to edit it.  It is in Star Office format but I could convert
it to MS Word (though I'm not sure I'd trust the conversion without requiring
extra touchup afterwards).
